Julius is the currently Executive Director at AISRGD. Before joining AISRGD, Julius worked as Director of Research at center for strategic & international insights (CSII), Senior consultant with Government of Uganda and also as a child soldier for over 20 years in Uganda from February 1986 – 31st March 2008 and later on, worked as a Senior Resettlement/Reintegration Officer (Consultant) with Uganda Amnesty Commission (AC) implementing a World Bank Project on Demobilization, Resettlement and Reintegration of ex-combatants.
